Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) Edition September 2023 / V3
Your purchase contract is concluded with Paravia AG under the label “Skydive Luzern”.
1. Scope of Application
All deliveries and services provided by Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in the version valid at the time of the respective contract conclusion. Any terms and conditions deviating from or conflicting with these terms shall not be recognized unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract for the execution of a jump (tandem jump, first jump, AFF jump) is concluded upon registration/reservation and acceptance by Skydive Luzern / Paravia AG or upon ordering a voucher. Confirmation of the booking by Skydive Luzern / Paravia AG may be provided in writing, by telephone, or by email.
The online presentation of our range does not constitute a binding contractual offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. We reserve the right to decide freely on the acceptance of this offer. If online information about the range is incorrect, we will submit a counteroffer to the customer, which the customer is free to accept. Acceptance may also be effected by delivery, invoicing, and/or provision of the service.
3. Availability
If Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern determines after conclusion of the contract that the ordered product or service is no longer available, Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern may withdraw from the contract. Payments already received will be refunded immediately after withdrawal from the contract. Any further claims are expressly excluded.
4. Prices
The prices listed on the website apply when ordering via the internet or purchasing directly on site. The sale of vouchers and items from the shop includes VAT and excludes shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If vouchers are printed at the customer’s request and sent by post, handling and shipping fees of CHF 10 will be charged; these will be shown separately at the time of purchase. If there is an error or incompleteness in product information or prices, Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern reserves the right to correct this.
5. Vouchers
For online vouchers, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. If the customer selects “invoice” as the payment method when ordering a voucher, the invoice will be sent together with the confirmation email. Once payment has been received, the voucher will be activated and can therefore be redeemed.
The validity period of vouchers is two years from the date of issue. During this period, the risk of price increases for the service lies with Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern. After expiry of the validity period, vouchers may still be redeemed for an additional charge of CHF 50 per calendar year. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the holder of the voucher wishes to use a different service than the one stated on the voucher, provided that no appointment has yet been arranged, the full value of the voucher will be credited. If the value of the voucher exceeds that of the desired service, there is no entitlement to payment of the unused value of the voucher, and the remaining balance will expire without compensation. Vouchers are issued by Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern with a tamper-proof code.
As the customer can print the voucher themselves, multiple prints are possible, but only one print is valid and redeemable. The first voucher redeemed with the corresponding code is considered the original and will be immediately deducted by Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern upon redemption.
As a voucher can be transferred or given as a gift, Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern is neither obliged nor able to verify the ownership rights of the redeemer. Upon redemption, only whether the voucher number has been released by the system and whether the voucher has been paid for will be checked.
If further copies with the same code appear, this constitutes misuse, which may result in criminal consequences. In this case, unused e-vouchers will expire without compensation.
There is no entitlement to fulfillment and/or delivery or to compensation on the part of Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern if someone attempts to redeem multiple vouchers with the same code, even if the first redeemer is not the rightful owner of the voucher. Rather, criminal proceedings (fraud or attempted fraud) may be initiated immediately against the issuer with fraudulent intent.
Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern reserves the right to claim damages.
6. Requirements
Good physical and mental condition is a basic requirement for a skydive. There must be no problems with ears, neck, shoulders, or back. In case of questions or uncertainties, these must be clarified with a doctor in advance. In case of doubt, a jump or flight is not recommended. Any customer who registers more than just themselves assumes responsibility for passing on the information and T&Cs provided by us to the other participants. In the event of cancellations or no-shows by other group members, they are liable for any cancellation costs.
8. Time Commitment
The description of a jump (tandem jump, first jump, AFF training) is correct at the time of publication. However, the content of the jump may be subject to change, whereby Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern endeavors to update changes in the general description.
The photos, images, and videos used in connection with the offered jumps serve only to describe the respective jump. The illustrations are therefore non-binding and may vary.
The stated time commitment as well as the duration of the jump and canopy flight are indicative. Paravia AG / Skydive Luzern does not guarantee these time specifications. They depend on weather conditions and may differ from the stated times. A shorter jump or canopy flight duration or longer waiting times do not entitle the customer to a price reduction.

If, in the opinion of the instructor, there are indications that the participant is not suitable, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the course fees. If the training is interrupted due to illness or injury (upon presentation of a medical certificate), it may be continued within one year from the start of the course under the same conditions.
